Our fastest growing mould type. The
ability to give your garden a lift by adding some pavers
or concrete ornaments is easily achieved with the use
of our moulds. You just need some concrete and a little
perspiration - all at a very low cost.

Plastic Garden Paver and Edging Moulds
|
We vacuum form these in 3 basic sizes
300x300, 400x400 and 600x600 in square and round format
in 1mm HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene, and 4mm super
strong virgin ABS plastic. The 1mm plastic moulds are
designed for the do-it- yourselfer and with care, will
make dozens of castings. The 4mm maximum strength mould
gives an extra long life for the professional concretor.

New PolyU Rubber Garden Paver and
Edging Moulds
|
We have also developed a durable long
lasting garden mould using our PolyU material. These
are designed to replace the older latex moulds which
suffer from shrinkage and distortion and require replacement
at almost yearly intervals. Moulds of the PolyU type
have been used in the ceramic industry for over 15 years
for casting plaster mould masters without visible sign
of wear. Our PolyU concrete moulds have been developed
from the ceramic moulds. Concrete is much more abrasive
than plaster but we still expect many years of daily
use from these new moulds.

Stone Wall Cladding Moulds
|
What is Wall Cladding or Wall Veneer?
This new form of wall decoration has come of age over
the past five years in America. While comparatively
new to Australia examples can be seen in many business
premises. In the space of a 50 metre walk in Westfield
Miranda we found five different applications.
One store featured a stone stacked rear wall, another
the pillars around the windows were decorated in stone
while a restaurant had their serving counter faced with
stone relief. All designed to bring the outdoors indoor
and attract attention. Clothing in particular looked
dramatic when placed before decorative stone giving
a high quality look.
Most of the examples mentioned above were of natural
bush stone cut to measure and quite expensive. We e
offering the same effect using everlasting lightweight
concrete designed to look like natural stone at a fraction
of the price of the stone taken from nature.
The number of stones that can be cast from our moulds
depends on what material we have used in the manufacture
of the mould. Our premium quality PolyU rubber moulds
will last in daily production almost indefinitely. Our
4mm virgin ABS moulds are designed for continuous production
cycles. As an introduction to the casting of wall cladding
we have just introduced a range of 1mm HIPS High Impact
Polystyrene moulds that provide a low cost entry to
this highly profitable craft.
Used with care our new HIPS moulds will provide the
do-it-yourselfer with moulds that can be used for home
use or as a low entry point to setting up a small home
manufacturing plant to make and sell wall cladding.

We recommend that you concentrate on the manufacture
and decoration of the cladding and pass the installation
over to existing concrete contractors and plasterers
in your area. Naturally you only use sub contractors
that purchase and use your manufactured stone.
We have selected 6 different stone styles to provide
a wide selection of stones to offer to your customers.
The first "Sydney Stone" style is being manufactured
in HIPS 1mm plastic and PolyU rubber in sufficient individual
stones to provide 10 square metres of all different
stones. Over 30 different numbered multi stone moulds
are being manufactured to provide this diversity. One
mould or the whole set may be purchased at any one time.
Any wall no matter what the length could thus be covered
with a variety of different stones to enable a natural
look.

Cladding Moulds

Our first stamping tool is a reproduction
of a slate floor laid in my sunroom at home. Others
will follow at regular intervals. These PolyU rubber
tools give a perfect reproduction of many styles of
paving when stamped into freshly laid concrete.

The stencil method of concrete décor
is used mainly for upgrading and decorating concrete
that has already been laid - such as concrete driveways,
factory flooring or pathways.

This range covers tree guards, car parking
bolsters, outdoor machinery support blocks etc. This
type of mould is made from either 4mm ABS plastic or
PolyU rubber to ensure durability and a long working
life.

form liners for the DIY home owner at the request of
a home builder who wishes to build a concrete walled
home with a natural looking external finish.
